Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in San Carlos, CA . This full-time, permanent role involves assisting Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality therapy services to patients, caregivers, and facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and clinical skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in providing exceptional physical therapy services that align with professional principles and practices.
• Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, ensuring personalized care that meets each patient's needs.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, reporting any changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Maintain compliance with state-specific Practice Acts and regulations governing Physical Therapy practice and supervision.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with patients, caregivers, and facilities to enhance client relations and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State licensure/registration in California (or eligibility for licensure).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
