Job Description:

This position is only available for people located in Venezuela

Our Driver Relations Managers are one of the main reasons why we have become a force to be reckoned with in the trucking industry. In this position, cultivating relationships and securing long-lasting collaborations is the priority for all of our managers.

We are looking for an organized and communicative team member who will support the growth of our company by maintaining daily and effective communication with all drivers in our fleet.

This role is essential for gathering, storing, and managing driver's information, while also coordinating with other departments to resolve any issues or concerns that might arise.

Your Daily Tasks Will be:

• Maintain regular communication with drivers to ensure smooth operations and address any issues.
• Collect and manage driver information, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and organized.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve driver concerns, ensuring efficient problem-solving.
• Serve as a point of contact between drivers and the company, while securing clear and effective communication across the team.

What we are looking for:

• B1-B2 English Level (Good/Fluent command of the language)
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a positive mindset.
• No previous experience needed.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Full-Time position: 9 A.M. - 5 P.M. EST.
• Fully functional equipment: Laptop, UPS (guarantee workflow during outages), Headset.
