We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to execute, monitor, and optimize our paid media campaigns with the objective of reaching people that need our assistance and help. This is a remote, part-time role ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in performance marketing while working closely with an experienced marketing team in a professional legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct daily performance reviews to ensure campaigns are aligned with KPIs and budget expectations.
- Support keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy preparation.
- Monitor lead quality and collaborate with internal staff to improve conversion performance.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and insights.
- Perform basic optimizations such as adjusting bids, refining audiences, and improving ad creative relevance.
- Stay current with best practices and trends in digital advertising, especially within the legal industry.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in paid advertising or media buying.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or paid media platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English C1-C2, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Reliable internet connection and availability during PST working hours.

- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm PST
