We are looking for a Mid-Senior Dispatch to manage incoming service requests and ensure accurate ticket handling. The role includes logging, categorizing, and assigning tickets, tracking progress, and communicating between clients and technicians with professionalism and clarity.
Duties / Tasks to Perform
- Receive, log, and categorize incoming service requests
- Assign tickets and monitor their resolution
- Escalate urgent issues when needed
- Liaise between clients and technicians
- Verbal and written communication
- Customer service and multitasking
- Familiarity with tech terms and ticketing systems
- Attention to detail and data entry skills
- Fast, accurate ticket processing
- Prioritization and escalation of urgent tasks
- Clear and professional client communication
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST.
