Nuestro cliente, multinacional reconocida líder de infraestructura digital y tecnología, busca su Account Manager Senior (Hunter) para incorporarse a su equipo de la operación de Caracas, Venezuela. 

Objetivo del cargo:

Esta persona será responsable de identificar, desarrollar y cerrar nuevas oportunidades de negocio enfocadas en soluciones de fibra óptica, conectividad, data center, cloud e interconexión, contribuyendo al crecimiento sostenido de la organización en el mercado venezolano.

Responsabilidades: 

  • Prospectar activamente nuevos clientes B2B (Hunter) en sectores clave: banca, retail, industria, energía, entre otros.

  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias comerciales para la venta de servicios de conectividad de alta capacidad, enlaces dedicados, soluciones de fibra óptica y servicios de colocation/data center.

  • Generar propuestas comerciales alineadas a las necesidades del cliente y coordinar procesos de cotización, presentación y negociación.

  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias del mercado, competencia, y avances tecnológicos en telecomunicaciones e infraestructura digital.

  • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos tcnicos, ingeniería preventa y postventa para garantizar soluciones de alto valor.

  • Cumplir con el presupuesto comercial mensual, trimestral y anual asignado (targets de ventas, ingresos y márgenes).

  • Reportar avances comerciales en CRM corporativo y presentar informes de seguimiento a dirección regional.

Requerimientos:
  • Profesionales en: Administración de empresas, ingeniería de telecomunicaciones, Ingeniero electrónico, Ingeniero de sistemas o afines. 
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en ventas B2B como KAM o Account Manager en empresas del sector telecomunicaciones, carriers, ISPs o infraestructura digital.
  • Conocimiento y/o experiencia demostrada en fibra óptica, servicios IP/MPLS, LAN-to-LAN, cloud y/o colocation.
  • Alta capacidad y conocimiento del mercado (Hunter), enfocado en resultados y cierre de negocios.
  • Nivel d inglés: básico/intermedio 
  • Herramientas de CRM, SAP, paquete de Office y proceso de ventas consultiva.
  • Modalidad: híbrido
