Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Interstate Therapy Solutions in Valencia, CA. As a Physical Therapist - Outpatient Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, assessing their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
* Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based interventions, exercises, and manual techniques.
* Implement treatment plans effectively, providing hands-on therapy and guidance to patients to facilitate functional improvement and pain management.
* Educate patients on self-management techniques, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies to enhance their recovery and prevent recurrence.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports to track treatment outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
* Direct and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and/or Aides in delivering patient care, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

* AHA BLS certification
* California license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license
* Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists encouraged to apply
