You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following:Sourcing and contacting potential applicants that fit search criteria.Read and reply to LinkedIn messages in a timely manner.Publishing job posts on various recruitment platforms.Screening incoming applicants and moving them through the pipeline.Conducting interviews, and taking and organizing interview notes.Keeping ATS and department admin folders up to date.Complete and submit reports and metrics.Other administrative activities related to the role.Our projects could include only some of the functions listed, as well as additional ones not listed here.RequirementsC1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills.At least 1 year of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience preferably remote.Experience or familiarity with HR and talent management processes.Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree.A quiet home office with a desk and office chair.Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone.Access to a quiet "home office".Access to a backup place of work in case of power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option.BenefitsOur pay rate: $5/hr (approx $840-880/month).Ongoing pay rate increments once a year based on performance.Discretionary bonuses.5 Holidays as PTO.10 Self-care days.
