While this is optional, candidates who provide a video presentation will be given priority.Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and analytical Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled and thorough researcher with excellent communication and record-keeping abilities. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with strong communication and computer skills.Key Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable Management:Oversee customer accounts, including issuing invoices, collecting payments, and resolving past-due invoices.Maintain and update customer accounts to ensure the accuracy of information.Monitor aging receivables and collaborate with the sales team and external customers to address outstanding accounts.Prepare and oversee accounts receivable (AR) reporting for management.Reconcile AR general ledger (GL) accounts and customer account balances; investigate and resolve discrepancies.Administrative and Clerical Tasks:Maintain reseller permits, W-9s, and cannabis licenses.Perform data entry, prepare invoices and send invoice reminders.Communicate with clients to discuss account statuses and resolve concerns.Requirements:Prior experience in a B2B setting.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.Compensation: $1,200 - $1,800 per monthIf this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume
