The Role
We're seeking a driven individual who is passionate about cultivating high-level client relationships and driving strategic growth. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of key accounts, developing and executing strategic plans to maximize client value and satisfaction.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and company goals.
- Cultivating and expanding relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Proactively identifying and pursuing growth opportunities within existing accounts (upselling, cross-selling, referrals).
- Negotiating and managing contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver exceptional client service.
- Monitoring client performance and providing strategic insights to optimize their business outcomes.
- Staying informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics.
