Buscamos personal para atención, solución de los eventos reportados de tecnología de información que incluye: mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos, instalación de sistemas operativos y software de oficina, entre otros.Requisitos TécnicosConocimientos básicos en infraestructuras: Cliente Servidor (ambiente Windows), Windows Office, Redes LAN y VPN’s, Exchange, Internet, Impresoras, etc.Conocimiento en el uso de herramientas de registro, seguimiento y documentación de incidentes o eventos (Remedy, Unicenter, HPSM, Aranda, entre otras).Conocimientos en mantenimiento, reparación y configuración de equipos de computación e impresoras.Requisitos ActitudinalesCapacidad para trabajar bajo presión y con alto sentido de oportunidad.Facilidad de comunicación oral y excelente comunicación escrita.Disposición para trabajar en equipo.Disciplinado, responsable y comprometido.Habilidades para establecer relaciones efectivas con clientes y compañeros de trabajo.Proactivo.Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos de 8 horas entre 7:00 am y 7:00 pm.
