HR Manager

Messangi is looking for an HR Manager that will support employees through their employment life cycle, including managing recruitment, onboarding new joiners, answering day-to-day employee questions, and building and executing feedback processes to drive a high-performance growth culture. This person will also be responsible for working closely with the Leadership team in the design, planning, implementation, and measurement of any talent-related process.ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with the local labour laws and regulationsCoach and guide leaders and employees when making compensation, development, and layoffs decisionsDesign and deliver training programsInterview candidatesDrive a high performance and meritocratic culture through competitive performance, compensation, and development plansBe the point of contact and advisor for team leads with all HR-related queries. Manage the office and facilities team, including setting team events to keep team cohesion strongOversee the administration of HR toolsReport weekly to the Executive team on progress in any HR spheres touching talentWork closely with the Finance and Administration team to ensure any talent-related process runs smoothlyRequirementsBachelor's degree in HR or PsychologyMaster's Degree (MBA or related to HR) is preferredMinimum 3 years' experience in an HR Manager or generalist position and +6 years in HR, preferably in a high-growth environment - ideally in a technology or telecommunications companyExperience in designing and executing performance management, leadership coaching, and total rewards processesData-driven decision maker and pragmatic problem solver who can find root causes of issues and gain leadership support to address themStrong attention to detailExperience in multinational environments and matrix organizationsExcellent communication (English would be a plus) and conflict management skillsGoal-oriented, able to work under pressure and deal with sensitive and confidential informationLocationThis position will be located in our office at Caracas.
