">We seek a driven individual who cultivates high-level client relationships and drives strategic growth. In this role, you'll manage key accounts, developing plans to maximize client value and satisfaction.
">Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement account plans aligned with client objectives and company goals.">
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.">
- Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts (upselling, cross-selling, referrals).">
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.">
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.">
- Monitor client performance and provide strategic insights to optimize business outcomes.">
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.">
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics.">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you should have:

- C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills.">
- 2+ years of account management experience (remote and serving US/Canadian/UK clients).">
- Graduated or soon-to-graduate college degree.">
- A quiet home office with a desk and office chair.">
- Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.">
- A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone.">
- Access to a quiet 'home office' and backup place of work in case of failure.">
- A secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.).">
Compensation and Benefits
">We offer a competitive pay rate: $5/hr (approx $840-880/month) and commissions on upsells (approx $300-500 for each successful upsale). Ongoing pay rate increments once a year based on performance and discretionary bonuses.
