Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse within the community health setting. The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting appointments in the Armadale West region as part of a funded project.

About the Role:

This is a fixed term full-time or part-time contract for 3 years with the possibility of extension. As a Level 2 Clinical Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, utilizing your skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting 12-month and 2-year-old appointments in the Armadale West region
  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver community-based healthcare services
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • A relevant nursing qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Nursing)
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
