We are seeking an experienced Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer to join our team at Builder Lead Converter, a pioneering Software With a Service (SwaS) company revolutionizing the remodeler & home builder lead generation and conversion space.

Role and Responsibilities
As a key member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in developing responsive WordPress websites while utilizing your technical programming skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Design and Development: Create high-performance, responsive WordPress websites that meet client requirements and industry best practices.
- Customization and Integration: Develop custom themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Ongoing Support: Optimize website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness. Implement and customize third-party integrations, perform website updates, backups, and security enhancements, and conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and compatibility across different browsers and devices.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer with at least 5 years of experience.
- Ability to clearly communicate with clients via Zoom and Trello boards in English.
- Ability to manage junior website developers.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
