We are seeking a seasoned Senior WordPress Website Designer and Developer to join our innovative team at Builder Lead Converter. Our mission is to provide cutting-edge technology and unparalleled support to transform our clients' marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $82,400, based on a 40-hour workweek and an hourly rate of $80 per hour. This attractive compensation package includes paid time off, floating holidays, profit sharing, flexible scheduling, and performance-based bonuses.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites that meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Create concept pages, scope of work documents, and time estimates to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate website components efficiently.
- Ongoing optimization of website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness.
- Implementation and customization of third-party integrations.
- Website updates, backups, and security enhancements.
- Comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure website functionality across various browsers and devices.
- Proven experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer with at least 5 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English, facilitating clear interactions with clients via Zoom and Trello boards.
- Ability to manage junior website developers.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Detailed understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and implementation.
- Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
