Salary: $60-$80 per hour based on experience, paid bi-weekly. The total estimated annual salary for a 40-hour workweek is around $62,400-$82,400.
About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior WordPress Website Designer to join our expanding team. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in developing WordPress websites while utilizing your technical programming skills.
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites that meet client requirements and industry best practices* Create concept pages, scope of work documents, and time estimates* Create custom themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of website components* Optimize website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness* Implement and customize third-party integrations* Perform website updates, backups, and security enhancements* Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and compatibility across different browsers and devices* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve website development processes* Build website helper pages and landing pages on GHL.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer with at least 5 years of experience* Ability to clearly communicate with clients via Zoom and Trello boards in English* Ability to manage junior website developers* Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP* Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins* Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization* Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation* Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git* Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
