Job Description

We are seeking a highly-skilled Self-Perform APM / Project Manager to join our healthcare construction team. This role is integral to our commitment to providing high-quality construction services for healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, design, and construction of healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with OSHPD Healthcare Construction Projects requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals.
  • Review and approve project plans and specifications, ensuring they meet the needs of the client and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules, and ensure that all work is completed in accordance with these.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes, to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve any issues or problems that arise during the construction process, and ensure that all work is completed to the satisfaction of the client.
  • Regularly report on project progress to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of OSHPD Healthcare Construction Projects requirements.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, from planning through to completion.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage diverse project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality construction projects.
