We are currently seeking an experienced Self-Perform APM / Project Manager to join our healthcare construction team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and contribute to our company's success.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver projects that meet their needs and expectations.
- Maintain quality control processes, ensuring exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve issues promptly, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
- Expertise in managing large-scale construction projects, from planning through to completion.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
