Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Self-Perform APM / Project Manager to join our healthcare construction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver projects that meet their needs and expectations.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes, ensuring exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve issues promptly, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale construction projects, from planning through to completion.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
