About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team at Scale Up Recruiting Partners. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms, including Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, and others.

Your primary goal will be to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our community metrics. You will create compelling social media content, manage campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms.
  • Create and curate engaging and relevant social media content that resonates with the crypto community.
  • Manage social media campaigns, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring, to drive engagement and grow community metrics.
  • Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Monitor and engage with the crypto community across social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and trends in a timely and professional manner.
  • Leverage AI platforms and large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, and others to enhance content creation, optimize engagement strategies, and streamline social media operations.
  • Collaborate with the editorial and marketing teams to align social media content with overall brand messaging and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the crypto space.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with at least two to three years of direct industry experience, preferably within the crypto or blockchain industry.
  • Deep understanding and immersion in crypto culture, with a passion for staying informed about industry news and trends.
  • Strong content creation and content marketing skills, with a portfolio demonstrating success in social media management.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, AI platforms, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, and others to assist in content generation and strategy development.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize social media performance.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
