At Mondel\u00e9z International, we're looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining equipment, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets.
  • Use autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to maintain equipment and support new product development.
  • Ensure safety processes are observed, quality assurance activities are performed, and resources are properly allocated and available during the shift.
  • Take the lead for shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis, and breakdown elimination.
What You'll Bring:
  • Experience and knowledge in autonomous maintenance, step 4 systems, and progressive maintenance.
  • Ability to lead line teams, handle challenging interpersonal situations, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
