Job Summary:

The Production Lead I will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that production targets are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of production workers and ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the production process and ensure that production targets are met
  • Manage a team of production workers and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed
  • Ensure that all equipment is maintained and in good working order
  • Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement changes as necessary
  • Ensure that all production records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Train new production workers and provide ongoing training to existing workers
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure that production targets are aligned with overall company goals
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a production environment
  • Experience managing a team of production workers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
