At Mondelēz International, we're looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring the line team performs at a high level, sustaining and improving business results on one or more of our 6-star model.

You'll model priority setting, manage the plan-do-check-adjust cycle, and provide coaching and training for your team. Your goal will be to operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets.

You'll use autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to maintain equipment and support new product development. In this role, you'll ensure that safety processes are observed, quality assurance activities are performed, and resources are properly allocated and available during the shift.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading line teams
  • Handling challenging interpersonal situations tactfully
  • Communicating effectively verbally and in writing
  • Maintaining equipment at basic conditions independently
  • Executing AM & PM standards on dedicated equipment
  • Total productive maintenance and Six Sigma
