Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Regent Aerospace Corporation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
  • Initiates background checks and drug screens.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation.
  • Assists in the administration of leaves of absences.
  • Coordinates with Corporate Human Resources and carries out specified programs.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, college courses preferred.
  • Two years of experience in manufacturing and/or aerospace.
  • Two to three years of Human Resources experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bi-lingual English and Spanish.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel and Word.

Work Environment:

  • Inside work, some manufacturing plant environment.
