Regent Aerospace Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of human resource procedures and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting, interviewing, and recommending top talent for vacant positions.

The Senior Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating job fairs, initiating background checks and drug screens, planning new employee orientation, and assisting with leaves of absence. They will also work closely with corporate human resources to develop and implement programs related to employee recognition and relations.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, interview, and recommend high-caliber candidates for open positions
  • Coordinate job fairs and other recruitment events
  • Initiate background checks and drug screens for all new hires
  • Plan and execute new employee orientation
  • Assist with leaves of absence and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Develop and implement employee recognition and relations programs
  • Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local laws impacting HR operations
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in manufacturing and/or aerospace
  • Two to three years of human resources experience
  • Strong understanding of human resource procedures and excellent computer skills
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills, with ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Strong desire to excel and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
