Human Resources Representative

Regent Aerospace Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for handling and maintaining human resource policies and procedures, providing support in all functional areas of the human resource department, and collecting and analyzing HR data to ensure integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, interview, and select employees to fill vacant positions
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude towards company goals
• Assist in the administration of leaves of absences and communicate with Corporate Human Resources
• Coordinate with Corporate Human Resources and carry out specified programs in areas such as employee recognition and employee relations
• Maintain working knowledge of federal, state, and local laws
• Perform special projects and other human resources responsibilities as assigned in conjunction with Corporate Human Resources
Requirements:
• High school diploma, college courses preferred
• Two years in manufacturing and/or aerospace
• Two to three years of human resources experience required
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel and Word
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and good organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding personal and company business
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Strong desire to excel
• Proven ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
• Confidentiality
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish is a plus
