Job Description
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail and open channel accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the retail and open channel sectors.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients, conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, with a focus on retail and open channel sales.
- Language: English and Spanish.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to travel as needed.
