Senior Retail Sales Executive

Overview of Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key retail and open channel accounts, driving business growth, and expanding market share within the retail and open channel sectors.

Key Accountabilities

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
2. Manage key accounts, including developing and maintaining strong relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients.
4. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, with a focus on retail and open channel sales.
• English and Spanish language proficiency.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
