WorldTeams is a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional architectural services. We're seeking a talented Senior Architect to join our team and contribute to the success of our restaurant projects.

Key Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for an experienced architect with a passion for designing restaurant spaces. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing detailed architectural drawings and 3D models for restaurant projects using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
  • Collaborating with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Creating and presenting design concepts, layouts, and specifications that meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards.
  • Preparing construction documents and ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.
  • Reviewing and modifying designs based on client feedback and project constraints.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • +5 years of experience as an architect.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Restaurant Projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other related software.
  • In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction practices.
  • Strong design and visualization skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • A great plus: Previous experience working for US clients.
