About the Role

An industry-leading mechanical contractor is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Project Manager for upcoming projects in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate has experience with HVAC, sheet metal, and piping on large commercial and industrial builds.

Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Develop detailed project plans and manage project teams.\
  • Review, organize, and distribute drawings, specifications, schedules, RFIs, and more.\
  • Create and maintain project schedules.\
  • Adhere to project scope and budget.\
  • Foster strong relationships with engineers and subcontractors.\
  • Maintain open communication with all stakeholders.\

Qualifications

  • \
  • 5+ years of Mechanical construction experience preferred.\
  • Mission-critical or entertainment project experience a plus.\
  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management a strong asset.\

Salary and Benefits

  • \
  • The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000, depending on experience and location.\
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K with company match, vacation time, sick time, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and short-term incentive plan.\
