We are an outsourced accounting department, which means you could work with multiple clients. This is a client-facing role.

As an Accountant at Accounting Source, your responsibilities will include daily bookkeeping tasks, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense reporting, payroll, reconciliation of various accounts including bank and credit cards, preparation of financial statements, and more.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements following company procedures.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and external teams to resolve discrepancies or issues.
  3. Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data.

Skills Required:

  • Judgment & Discretion: Handle confidential information responsibly; maintain confidentiality.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Effective scheduling, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and working independently.
  • Attention to Detail: Follow instructions precisely; ensure accuracy in tasks.
