HR Generalist Lead

We require an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Generalist. The successful candidate will provide precise, compliant, and scalable HR operations to the business, advise and execute on HR issues across the whole employee lifecycle, and partner with leadership in the region.

The role entails delivering high-quality HR operations, interacting closely with senior stakeholders, and being accountable for HR processes such as talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, culture, and engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional academic credentials, HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business, and regional HR experience within Latin America, with an understanding of local labor laws and competitive awareness.
