Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Deputy Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion, with excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong business and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

* Drive sales growth and revenue expansion by identifying and qualifying leads and opportunities
* Work closely with the Director/Cluster GM and sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Provide leadership and guidance to ensure maximum revenue potential
* Analyze market information using sales systems to identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure property needs are being achieved

Requirements

* 3+ years of sales and business development experience in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
* Proven track record of sourcing and delivering multiple deals of meaningful scale
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Strong business and financial acumen, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
