Job Summary

Chico's FAS is seeking a talented Sales Lead to lead our sales teams and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that promote a customer-centric culture.
  • Lead store teams to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Supervise associates in sales, inventory receipt, and customer service.

Leadership Skills:

  • Motivate and inspire store teams to deliver outstanding results.
  • Develop and implement inclusive and collaborative leadership styles.
  • Communicate effectively with store teams and management to drive positive change.

Associate Development:

  • Support the development of store associates through coaching, feedback, and training.
  • Assist in creating an environment where associates can grow and succeed.
  • Contribute to associate performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Demands:

  • Constant walking/standing (67-100% of 8-hour shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66% of 8-hour shift).
