Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Lead to join our team at Chico's FAS.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Lead by example, promoting a customer-centric culture that delivers exceptional results.
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing duties, merchandise flow processes, and supervising associates.
Leadership Development:
- Identify and develop high-performing teams that excel in sales and customer service.
- Cultivate inclusive and collaborative environments that foster open communication and idea-sharing.
- Partner with store teams and management to achieve business objectives and drive positive change.
Associate Development:
- Support the development of store associates through coaching, feedback, and training.
- Assist in creating an environment where associates can grow and succeed.
- Contribute to associate performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced retail environment with frequent interactions with customers and associates.
- Constant walking/standing, occasional lifting, and frequent climbing.
