Klaviyo Technical Assistant

Role Summary
This is a full-time position requiring a commitment to meet our general availability for office hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical skills, particularly in Klaviyo, and excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. They will be responsible for setting up clients' email campaigns, marketing flows, and automation in Klaviyo, generating performance reports, and participating in internal training activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop technical skills and expertise while working alongside a team of experienced marketing professionals.

Duties and Responsibilities
Some of the key duties and responsibilities of this role include setting up email campaigns, marketing flows, and automation in Klaviyo, generating weekly and monthly performance reports using Klaviyo data, and participating in internal training activities for technical skills improvement. You will also assist Account Managers with tasks in Klaviyo, including researching new practices and trends, entering data, analyzing A/B testing and campaign performance, and creating reports. Additionally, you will work closely with the AMA Team to improve technical skills and provide support to the Service Department.
