Key Responsibilities
This role involves setting up email campaigns, marketing flows, and automation in Klaviyo, generating performance reports, and participating in internal training activities. You will also assist Account Managers with tasks in Klaviyo, including researching new practices and trends, entering data, analyzing A/B testing and campaign performance, and creating reports. Additionally, you will work closely with the AMA Team to improve technical skills and provide support to the Service Department.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent technical skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with working autonomously and managing time is essential, as well as being available and responsive during office hours. Fluency in English is required, although it does not have to be your native language.
