About the Role

We are seeking a talented Big Data Tech Lead to join our development team and contribute to various projects involving multicultural teams distributed worldwide. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent teamwork skills, passionate about programming in leading open-source big-data tools like Spark, Hadoop, Scala, and Elasticsearch.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership to a team of data engineers and scientists, ensuring efficient delivery of reusable solutions. Key responsibilities include managing high-volume data, transforming it into quantexa entities and networks, writing defensive code for data processing, and developing scoring algorithms to identify high-risk activities.

  • 10+ years of experience as a developer
  • 7+ years of experience in Big Data
  • Proficient analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with managing data loads and quality is a plus
  • Advanced English level
