About the Job:

BairesDev seeks a talented Data Science Technical Lead to lead our Development team in delivering complex projects involving multicultural teams worldwide.

As a Data Science Technical Lead, you will leverage leading open-source big-data tools like Spark, Hadoop, Scala, and Elasticsearch.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical guidance to a team of Data Engineers and Data Scientists to ensure efficient and effective delivery of reusable solutions.

You will be responsible for managing, transforming, and cleansing high-volume data into Quantexa Entities and Networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in mobile world, web applications, devices, etc.
  • Provide technical guidance to a team of Data Engineers and Data Scientists to ensure efficient and effective delivery of reusable solutions.
  • Manage, transform, and cleanse high-volume data into Quantexa Entities and Networks.
  • Write defensive, fault-tolerant, and efficient code for data processing.
  • Develop scoring algorithms to identify high-risk activities.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience working as a developer.
  • 7+ years of experience in Big Data.
  • Proficient with analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
  • Hands-on experience with managing data loads and data quality is a plus.
  • Advanced English level.
