Responsibilities:- Welcome and engage guests with exceptional customer service.
- Exceed guest expectations by consistently providing high-quality service.
- Maintain attention to guests' needs throughout their visit.
- Ensure displays are immaculate and merchandise is stocked and rotated regularly.
- Educate guests on musical products confidently and informatively.
- Promote effective teamwork and respect through positive relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and management.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a passion for the music industry and knowledge of Band & Orchestra instruments.
- Thrives in a team environment, embracing challenges with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to follow-through and prioritization.
- Familiarity with general accounting and cash register operations.
- Ability to work part-time, approximately 20-30 hours per week, including some weekends.
