Job SummaryThe Head of Facility Operations will oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building systems. This individual will direct Maintenance Technicians to ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and effectively while maintaining statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate facilities to determine necessary maintenance or repairs
- Assess building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
- Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and on time
- Collaborate with the department on budget estimates and costs of specific projects
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least five years of maintenance experience required
- Strong management and supervisory skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible work schedules, exceptional training, career advancement opportunities, and a 401(k) with a competitive company match.
