Job Overview

At G2i Inc., we are seeking highly skilled software engineers to contribute to the development of our cutting-edge AI models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and proficiency in Python.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the quality of AI-generated code and provide human-readable summaries of your rationale.
  • Solve coding problems, writing functional and efficient code.
  • Write robust test cases to confirm code works efficiently and effectively.
  • Engage in a variety of projects, from evaluating Python code to creating mobile applications.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation rates vary based on location and experience. Expectations are 15+ hours per week; however, there is no upper limit. You will be paid weekly per hour of work done on the platform. Current rates include US - $50/hr, Brazil - $USD/hour, Egypt - $USD/hour, and the Philippines - $USD/hour.

Contract Information

The contract length is long term, with no end date expected for the next 2 years. You can end the contract at any time; a commitment to 12 months is preferred but not mandatory. Developers can set their own hours, and ideal candidates will be interested in spending 40 hours a week.

Interview Process

Apply using the Ashby form. If you seem like a good fit, we'll send an async RLHF code review that will take 35 minutes and must be finished within 72 hours. You'll perform a simulated production-level task (RLHF task) on the platform, which will be your final interview.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience in a software engineering/software development role. Complete fluency in English is required, as well as the ability to articulate complex scientific concepts clearly and engagingly. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in writing are also essential. A solid understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines is necessary, as well as proficiency with Python. Nice to haves include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, proficiency in one or more additional programming languages, recognized accomplishments or contributions to the coding community, and a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest coding advancements.
