AI Model Trainer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Model Trainer to join our expert annotation team at G2i Inc. As an AI Model Trainer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality training data for the world's most advanced AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the quality of AI-generated code and provide human-readable summaries of your rationale.
  • Solve coding problems and write functional and efficient code.
  • Write robust test cases to confirm code works efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and refine AI models.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a software engineering or software development role.
  • Complete fluency in English.
  • Ability to articulate complex scientific concepts clearly and engagingly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in writing.
  • Proficiency with Python.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
  • Proficiency in working with one or more of the following: Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, SQL, Swift, Ruby, Rust, Go, NET, Matlab, PHP, HTML, DART, R, Apex, and Shell, C, C#.
