Job Overview:
Citiside Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to support our Accountancy Team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulations.

About the Role:
We are looking for an individual who can prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger account reconciliations for all accounts, perform monthly journal entries, and conduct monthly bank reconciliations. The successful candidate will also assist in preparing and filing monthly and quarterly state sales taxes, as well as contribute to the preparation of financial statements for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including consolidations. Additionally, this role involves working with AR, AP, and other departments to resolve issues and collaborating with the team to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger account reconciliations for all accounts
* Perform monthly journal entries
* Conduct monthly bank reconciliations
* Assist in preparing and filing monthly and quarterly state sales taxes
* Contribute to the preparation of financial statements for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including consolidations
* Collaborate with AR, AP, and other departments to resolve issues

Requirements:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks, as well as other accounting software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Easy decision-making and effective communication skills
* Self-motivation and a willingness to continuously learn and improve

What We Offer:
* A competitive salary of BsF27,500.00 - BsF42,000.00 per month
