Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to support our project execution team. The successful candidate will perform administrative and fiscal technical support for management of technical development, capital, and product sustainment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update project plans/schedules, financial forecasts, and cost expenditure status to keep management and customers informed of project status.
  • Develop finance and project reports and documentation in support of customer deliverables.
  • Track and ensure timely invoicing and payment in accordance with project milestones.
  • Cordiante with the project team to develop management and customer presentations.
  • Serve as administrator for digital engineering systems and tool sets.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or higher preferred with 3+ years of general work experience, including two years' experience in performing administrative, clerical, or accounting tasks relative to engineering and project management.
  • Experience in gathering and manipulating financial data and using computers and other office tools and equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products to produce and manipulate spreadsheets, presentations, and word processing documents.
  • Understanding of mathematics as it applies to finance and accounting.
  • Experience performing in a team environment and working with customers and suppliers.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a robust total rewards package, including health insurance, 401(k), short and long-term disability, paid time off, growth and developmental opportunities, and other incentive compensation programs.
