About the Role

Community Physiotherapy Services (CPS) provides rehabilitation groups in non-medical community facilities as a discharge option for patients requiring physiotherapy intervention following an episode of inpatient and/or outpatient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking motivated and dynamic physiotherapists to deliver individual programs within a group environment in various settings – gyms, land-based, and hydrotherapy.
  • Clinicians will cater to a range of clinical specialties including musculoskeletal, neurological, falls/frailty, and cardiopulmonary.
  • Responsibilities also include providing home exercise programs and teaching self-management strategies to facilitate clients to maximize their potential and live independently in the community.
