About the Role
The Store Performance Director at ULTA Beauty is responsible for driving top-line sales growth across all categories while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position requires a highly motivated and experienced leader who can foster a culture of accountability, drive results, and develop their team's skills.

In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of beauty experts, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles. You will be accountable for net promoter score (NPS) and overall store performance, including sales, service, and operational process. Your ability to drive results, foster a culture of accountability, and develop your team's skills will be essential in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive top-line sales growth across all categories, including sales, service, and operational process
- Foster a culture of accountability among team members, promoting open communication, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach
- Analyze financial and operational reporting, including store visit and audit results, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory levels, achieve operational excellence, drive a service culture, and execute merchandising directives to ensure maximum sales potential
- Leverage company programs, tools, and resources to drive store improvements and enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results, share best practices, and promote a culture of teamwork and guest services excellence

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management, or other relevant work experience
- Financial management: success with driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses
- Retail management: proven ability with monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, and executing merchandising directives
- Leadership management: experience with attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, swiftly adapting to change and leading others through the change-curve, developing collaborative relationships with others, and leading and influencing a team
- Skills: Proficient with basic technology, excellent written and verbal communication, strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, ability to react under pressure, use good judgment in ambiguous situations, and be flexible/adaptable
