Your Role

As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in improving our infrastructure by writing, debugging, and optimizing code for our platform, which supports all other teams. You'll collaborate with your team and other teams through pair programming, mob programming, code reviews, and design sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write, debug, and optimize code for our infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with teams through pair programming, mob programming, code reviews, and design sessions.
  • Seek opportunities to provide shared value through improvements to our common systems, tooling, and practices.
  • Support and enhance our build and delivery pipelines.
  • Contribute to technical design and architecture conversations with your expertise and perspective.
  • Enhance better practice, processes, and teamwork.
  • Help unblock teammates as well as other teams through hands-on work and guidance.
  • Break down work into incremental improvements.
  • Grow other engineers into more senior engineers.
  • Systematically improve the quality of our product and process.
  • Foster collaboration and psychological safety.
