Lead Aesthetics Provider Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join a top-rated medical day spa as a Lead Aesthetics Provider. As a key member of the clinical team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficacy in aesthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to a team of healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement new treatment protocols
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff members

Requirements:

  • California NP or PA license
  • 3+ years of experience in medical aesthetics
  • Previous supervisory or mentoring experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
