Join the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) team as an Operations Analyst, responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and effective management of the Country Office (CO).
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate operations in the CO in accordance with UNFPA regulations, policies, and strategies.
- Plan, track, and audit financial resources in accordance with UNFPA regulations, policies, and strategies.
- Provide Human Resources services, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring compliance with UNFPA regulations and policies.
- Manage information and communication technologies services, ensuring seamless operations.
- Participate in inter-agency activities, fostering collaboration and coordination.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in providing management advisory services, overseeing staff and operational systems, and fostering effective collaboration between international organizations and national governments.
- Advanced proficiency in utilizing computers, standard office software, and web-based management systems.
- Proven ability to analyze complex situations, make sound decisions, and lead teams effectively.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Fluency in Spanish is required. Working knowledge of English is required.
